Our fabric is made in Osaka, Japan, one of the most legendary fabric manufacturing towns in the world.

First, organic cotton is picked and evaluated for its quality.

The chosen cotton is then spun into thread onsite.

The thread is then spun into fabric on the some of the last vintage shuttle looms in the world.

The silky moleskin is then sent to our family owned workshop in New Jersey to cut and sew into the final piece.
